Following Dr. Sean Rudnick’s closing remarks, patients and family members will have an opportunity to meet the faculty and speak with conference sponsors.

We’re thrilled that many of you have capitalized on our early bird registration pricing. Our Sunday Morning Breakfast Meet-ups are now fully booked.

The room block at Canopy by Hilton, including additional courtesy rooms at the $149 rate, is also full. However, the remaining limited availability at the hotel will be offered to conference participants at a 15% discount until September 2, or until the hotel is sold out.

The WDA is dedicated to making the conference as affordable as possible. We’ve secured an additional 15 rooms at the $149 rate at the nearby Courtyard by Marriott, which is a seven-minute walk or a two-minute drive from the conference location.

If you intend to join our 2024 Annual Conference, we strongly advise you to register and arrange your hotel accommodations as soon as possible. More details are available on our website.
